What is a sleep profile?

A sleep profile consists of what kind of sleeper you are- your quality, quantity, habits, and imbalances. A sleep profile is not static; it can change over time. Calming Co products are tailored to different sleep profiles, as discovered in our sleep assessment questionnaire, with custom formulas to address each individual's sleep needs.

How will I know Calming Co products are working?

Calming Co products are specially formulated to improve an individual's sleep quality over time. For some, our products work immediately, and for others, it can take multiple nights of use for the body to adjust accordingly.

How long will it take to work/ to see effects?

Calming Co products are tailored to an individual's sleep profile. As such, results will differ based on the individual. For some, it works immediately, while for others, it may take a few weeks for the body to adjust.

Typically Calming Co products start to regulate the mind and body for sleep within 30 to 60 minutes after oral consumption.

Can I take Calming Co products with my prescription medication?

What happens if I skip a day?

If you skip a day, do not worry. Just take the next nightly allotment, and save the missed dose for another day.

Can Children take Calming Co products?

As of right now, all Calming Co products are created with adult doses in mind. Therefore, they are not recommended by the use of children, or anyone under the age of 18.

I am pregnant or breastfeeding. Should I take Calming Co Products?

It is best to discuss the use of Calming Co products with your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do I take Calming Co products with food or away from food?

It is best to take Calming Co products on an empty stomach. This allows the body to breakdown and absorb the ingredients to help you achieve sleep faster. However, in the rare event that your stomach feels upset during the consumption of Calming Co products, you can take your dose with a small amount of food.

I have a mild stomach upset after taking the formula, is that normal?

Some individuals find that taking Calming Co products on an empty stomach causes digestive discomfort. If this happens, some customers take their nightly dose of Calming with a light snack as a means to alleviate this issue.

Are Calming Co Products FDA approved?

Herbal supplements are not registered with the FDA. However, Calming Co only partners with manufacturers that are registered and approved by the FDA. As a result, Calming Co routinely submits testing, documentation, and samples to the organization when distributing herbs and products.

Are Calming Co products safe if I’m allergic to nuts?

Some of Calming Co’s products contain refined coconut oil. Is there any caffeine in the products?

We do not use caffeine in any of our Calming Co products as it is a stimulant that keeps the body and mind awake. All Calming Co products are caffeine-free so that you can rest easy.

Are Calming Co products all-natural, vegan, non-GMO, organic, and gluten-free?

All Calming Co formulas are vegan friendly, gluten-free and do not contain GMOs, and only use all-natural ingredients. We do this to help as many individuals as possible. Our products are not tested on animals in any way.

Are Calming Co products all-natural?

Yes, for the most part, all Calming Co products use only all-natural and plant-based ingredients. However, some formulas use supplemental amino acids, which are synthetically derived.

Will I be billed for my Free Trial?

All that is required for your 7 or 14-day free trial is to pay the $4.99 for shipping & processing.

How does the free trial work?

With your free trial we send you a 30 day supply. After your free-trial period, you will be charged for the remaining 30 days (minus your free trial days). Specific free-trial rules are;

A) 7 day free trial / 30 day supply
Settles your remaining balance on the 11th day after you place your order. The remaining balance is calculated based on the regular monthly price of $69.99 minus your 7 day free trial for a total billing of $48.69.

Auto-ships & renews each month thereafter for $69.99 including delivery and processing.

b) 14 day free trial / 30 day supply
Settles your remaining balance on the 18th day after you place your order. The remaining balance is calculated based on the regular monthly price of $69.99 minus your 14 day free trial for a total billing of $32.38.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Unless you cancel your subscription, which can be done by emailing support@calming.co, any subscription you have signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate. To change or cancel your subscription at any time, email support@calming.co. If you terminate your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. When you email support@calming.co to cancel your subscription, your subscription is considered cancelled on that date and you will not be charged for any further monthly subscriptions for subsequent months.

What happens when I cancel my free-trial?

When you sign-up to a free trial you are agreeing to the subscription terms. With your free trial we send you 30 days worth of supply of which 7 or 14 (depending on the free-trial you sign up for) days are free. If you wish to cancel your free-trial (which also cancels your subscription) you must do so within 11 days (for 7 day free trial) or 18 days (for 14 day free trial) of placing your initial order. On the 11th day (for 7 day free trial) or 18th day (for 14 day free trial) your account will be charged for your subscription (30 day supply minus the free-trial amount). Once we receive the returned product with the unused portion of the 30 day supply we will refund the same card that you used to make your initial free-trial/subscription purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the product reaches us within 30 days of cancellation. Please note to receive your refund you must have only used at most, your 7 or 14 days worth of your free-trial (depending on the free-trial you signed up for). You cannot cancel your free trial after day 11 (for 7 day free trial) or day 18 (for 14 day free trial).

What if my package is damaged or missing?
